These are a series of sketches of the exhibition in the graduate museum project, “Water in Motion, the art of fountain design”.
The graduate museum project consisted of a team of students from the museum communication, museum education and museum exhibition planning and design programs. We were tasked developing and designing an exhibition round a given collection. The collection we were given was that of Longwood gardens.
Our exhibition titled “Water in Motion: the Art of Fountain Design” shows the scope of engineering and aesthetics in fountain design through the stories of fountain designers both past and present. The project development was undertaken by the entire team collectively, but we each had our own concentration.
I was responsible for all drawings, and renderings of the space, displays and interactives.
